Your employer will have all sorts of health and safety rules, and the better that you follow them and are aware of them, the safer you are likely to remain on the whole. Some of the health and safety issues surrounding your ongoing health, such as those which stop you from becoming ill. Others are more about ensuring that you don’t suffer any injuries, which are of course the last thing you need if you are trying to look after your body as best as you can.
