Troy Lambert is a freelance editor, content strategist, and author. HIs philosophy is always to preserve a writer’s voice: your story, whether in the form of an article, a blog post, a novella, or a full-length novel, is a fire, but in its creation, you have created a lot of smoke. A good editor should clear away the smoke so the fire can be fully enjoyed.
He has edited over 50 full-length novels, several novellas, and hundreds of short stories, articles, and business publications. Troy served as an acquisitions editor, managing editor for the City Nights Series, and the Senior Editor for Tirgearr Publishing, a small press in Ireland before striking out on his own. He has edited for authors like S.L. Kotar and J.E. Gessler, Tegon Maus, and Betsy Bennet, Sierra Michaels, Danielle Parker, and more. Troy has edited magazine articles, newsletters, and policy and procedure manuals for several companies. He has also served as story consultant and content editor on several small films and documentaries.
